We want our website to be usable for as many people as possible – regardless of individual limitations or the technology being used. That’s why we continuously improve accessibility step by step.
Standards & guidance
As a technical reference, we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA.
Note: Our online shop is currently an external website. This statement covers it only insofar as we link to it.
Compliance status
This website is partially accessible. Some content and functions do not yet fully meet all requirements. We are working to further improve accessibility.
Known limitations
- Homepage slider: Automatic image rotation may be perceived as distracting depending on usage. A pause/control function is in progress.
- Contrast/readability: Certain color combinations (e.g. decorative elements) are being reviewed and adjusted where necessary.
- PDF documents: If linked PDFs are not fully accessible, we can provide content in a more accessible format upon request.
- External content: Linked external websites (e.g. the online shop) are outside our direct control.
