Expansion of our digital printing production capacities
With the commissioning of the Kyocera TASKalfa Pro 15000c, we have strategically expanded our machinery at our Osterrönfeld site. The decision to invest in this high-speed inkjet printing system is part of our continuous development and significantly strengthens our capabilities in high-quality digital printing.
The print quality offers a very close resemblance to offset printing and opens up additional possibilities for the cost-efficient production of a wide range of print jobs.
Versatile services and strong finishing capabilities
As a print and publishing house, we support both small businesses and larger clients with complex production and logistics requirements. Our range of services extends from classic business stationery to large and sophisticated print projects. Calendar printing has also been a core part of our production for many years.
A key strength of our company lies in finishing. With one of the largest Wire-O binding systems in Schleswig-Holstein, we handle a wide variety of calendar and brochure productions. This is complemented by our in-house graphic design department, where we develop corporate designs and produce all media – from advertisements and flyers to stamps. Close support by dedicated contacts is a fundamental element of our long-term customer relationships.
More efficient workflows through new system technology
The decision to invest in the new printing system was made after extensive evaluation of different technologies and discussions at industry trade fairs. The installed system configuration includes an integrated collating unit, significantly simplifying our production processes. Manual effort has been noticeably reduced, and workflows have since become much more efficient.
Transparent planning and seamless integration
The project was implemented in cooperation with ITA Systeme, who supported us from the initial planning stage through to installation. In addition to technical performance, transparent cost structures were a decisive factor in our decision. From the outset, the calculations were clear and comprehensible.
Following installation, the system was fully integrated into our existing Fiery workflow and has been operating reliably in day-to-day production ever since. The large ink tanks ensure long runtimes and contribute to a high level of production reliability.
Consistent quality and new opportunities
In daily use, the Kyocera TASKalfa Pro 15000c stands out due to its consistent color quality and high reproducibility. Stored print jobs can be reproduced at any time with exact precision, without additional waste. This enables us to produce even larger runs economically in digital printing, which were previously reserved for offset printing. At the same time, we benefit from reduced energy consumption.
For us, this new system is not just an investment in speed, but an important step in expanding our range of services. It creates new possibilities for high-quality print products across all run lengths and strengthens our position as a modern and reliable print service provider in the region.
